Everything In Moderation

There is so much advice out there. What to eat and what not to eat. What to think about and what not to think about. What to do and what not to do. It can get so confusing and life becomes hard to navigate. We second guess everything and feel guilty about not doing things “right”.

There is also advice out there about reducing stress, maybe thinking positive thoughts, finding balance. Even these can become out of balance. I have met someone stressed out about reducing her stress. I have met someone so focused on positive thoughts that he missed what was going on around him. I have met someone so focused on balance that it became unbalanced.   

I think maybe the key is everything in moderation, even moderation in moderation.
