The Enneagram gives you a ton of self-knowledge and self-awareness in a short period of time, making it faster and easier to achieve significant and lasting improvements to your level of happiness.
- Apply on-the-go, simple yet powerful science-based techniques to address the "problem" area at its root so that you can effectively create the happiness you crave, wherever, whenever.
- Create an action plan so that you know exactly how to seamlessly integrate your new knowledge, skills, and techniques with your daily life.
- "Feelingization" meditation audio recording
- A brief guided meditation for 'homework' so that you can confidently work towards your goal in between meetings and experience more profound changes.
- Unlimited email/text message support to answer any of your questions or address any of your concerns as you implement the insights and action steps from our sessions together.
