And therapy isn’t bad, but the best form of therapy is not therapy at all!
There is nothing wrong with therapy and it has helped countless people through their challenges, but in some cases it’s not enough.
What we, The Stress Experts, do is not therapy. We don’t bolster self-esteem and we don’t bandage wounds. What we do is help you remember who you are underneath all that, who you are inside. We help you re-find that deep aspect of yourself that never needs a self-confidence boost and can never be wounded.
Finding this aspect of yourself does not involve some sort of scavenger hunt or wild goose chase. You won’t find it under some rock or on top of some mountain. This aspect of you is inside you right here, right now. It goes with you everywhere and it wants to guide you, if only you’d let it. It is your heart.
Close your eyes, put a hand over the centre of your chest, over your heart, and remember this aspect of yourself. Can you feel it?
