Seeing Is Believing: Measuring Stress Reduction

There are so many “stress-less” methods and techniques out there it’s hard to keep up. There’s breathing, meditation, and exercise. There’s super-foods, vitamins, and minerals. There’s this gizmo and that gadget. And they’re all great. They all work for some people and if one or more of these work for you, have at ‘er.

But if you’re like me, you like being certain that what you’re doing is actually doing something to decrease your stress. You don’t have time or money to be trying out different options just to see how it goes. If you’re going to do something, you better be dam sure it’s worth it.

And it’d be great if the results were measurable.

Out of the scads of “stress-less” methods out there, I want something based 100% on science. I want a method that is measurable. I want to be able to see before my very eyes that I am making an impact on my stress.

Would you believe me if I told you that this exists?

We are here to revolutionize stress management. The tools and techniques that we teach are backed by science, 100%. Over 300 published articles and 27 years of research have gone into what we do. And we want to share it with you.

Some of the very tools we teach are taught to police officers, paramedics, health care workers, and all branches of the US military. And if the tools work for these people on the frontlines, I’m confident they’ll work for you on your frontlines of life.

And as for being measurable, you got it.

Stress is not just a subjective experience of tightness or pressure. It is a physiological process that takes place in the body, involving the hormones, autonomic nervous system, and heart. Stress specifically affects the Heart Rate Variability (HRV), which we can easily measure. Smooth, regular HRV indicates low stress and high resilience. Jerky, chaotic HRV shows higher stress and less resilience.

By implementing our techniques, you can see a dramatic change not only in your HRV in the moment that you’re doing the technique, but also improvement over weeks of practice.

When you know it works, it’s easier to do it. When you can track your improvement, it’s easier to keep going. That’s why, built into our Stress Expert Coaching Program, we’ve included not only the science behind our revolutionary approach to stress, not only the tools, but also the technology, so that you can see it, and believe it.
