But helping others can be taxing on you. The time, energy, sweat and tears that you pour into your work can sometimes leave you more drained than you’d like. It’s taking a toll on you.
While you are very good at helping others - serving, caring, protecting, advocating - you’re not sure how to help yourself.
That’s where we come in.
We are stress consultants and coaches. We have scientific minds and loving hearts. And we love serving others. We believe in doing work that is equally enjoyable and meaningful.
What does this mean for you? We know how to help you serve others without putting yourself at the bottom of your list. We know how to help you find energy, balance, and enthusiasm, so that you can get back to doing what you do best.
We take all your real-life challenges, stressors, and trauma, and combine it with our sound scientific knowledge about stress, stress-conquering know-how, and comprehensive understanding of what make people tick to help you live the life that is both enjoyable and meaningful.
We are quite the team. We have both always wanted to help people. But in our practice, whether it was conventional or alternative, we knew in our hearts something was missing. We were doing meaningful work, but we weren’t enjoying it.
We were burning out. We didn’t know what was wrong. But we knew we weren’t alone.
Committed to helping others, we were off in search of the root of the chronic discontent that is permeating our culture.
We found it.
And we’re so excited to share it with you.
